We provide 14 days Money back guarantee - excluding personalised/custom items (starting from purchase order date) = in case you have received incorrect, faulty or damaged items OR simply you are not happy with album in some way, we will refund you full price paid for items returned including original postage paid per QTY of items returned.

Items must be sent back to our address below in UNUSED condition with all parts supplied.
We recommend to use SIGNED FOR delivery - we will not be able to refund any money if your return will get lost during delivery.

There are no refunds on our custom, personalised items.
We do not accept returns for exchanges.
There are no refunds on our items damaged by customer.
There are no refunds on items that have been used by customer after 14days Money back guarantee expired.

If you are returning any item(s), even under money back guarantee period, you must pay the postage.

Refunds will be done by Paypal or sent to your bank account.
